Pessoa Rodrigo Pony Saddle

Nelson originally designed this Pony saddle for his son Rodrigo, a serious young equestrian competitor. The Pessoa saddle was specially made to fit the wide back of ponies. To achieve this, he spent weeks measuring ponies' backs, testing trees and panels. He adjusted the saddle seat by making the twist and the width suit a young rider's narrow body. Positioning the child in a properly built english saddle will not only achieve a better balance, but it will also help the feeling and the confidence of the young rider.
