East Coast Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days, midwest about 4 business days and west coast 5- to 6 business days. For Overnight orders, your order needs to be in by 12:30pm Eastern Standard Time

Overnight to Washington, California, Montanna, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Colorado will be $85.00 up to 12 lbs. Overnight to Kansas, parts of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Missouri, South and North Dakota will will be $60 up to 12 lbs. Overnight to Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and parts of Missouri will be $60 up to 12 lbs. Overnight to Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennesee, West Virginia, Virginia, North and South Carolina, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island will be $58 up to 12 lbs. Overnight to Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware will be $35 up to 12 lbs. To Alaska and Hawaii – Regular shipping charges will apply. There is no free shipping.

Outside of the USA – We will only ship to regular countries where insurance is available. You are responsible for any Shipping, Insurance, Taxes, Vat and Duty. When you order from us, you accept this as your responsibility.If you order it, it is yours. We will not pay the freight back to us. We reserve the right to choose which shipping service to use. Outside of the USA – We will not ship any Ariat product outside of the USA, as this is an Ariat policy. You must purchase from a reputable Ariat dealer in a location closer to you.

Returns – If we have shipped your order free, we will deduct the actual cost of the shipping from your return, and a 10 to 20% RESTOCK FEE. If the item is returned in the same condition with original packing the charge is 10%. If we deem it to not be in the original condition, we will charge 20%. If we have charged you $7.00 for shipping and our actual cost was more, we will charge the difference to your return.

Any Returns or Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless it is stated that it is a Christmas gift. Please put this in the comment box. It will make all of our lives easier.
