The JP Hunter Dee French Link snaffle bit is a milder mouth piece which allows for more tongue room and takes a lot of the pressure off of the bars of the mouth. The John Patterson unique curve bar design increases salivation and encourages relaxation with its reduction of direct pressure and pinching on the tongue. The French Link is good for horses with lower palates, and its increased mobility is helpful with horses that set against the bit.
