Myler Stainless Steel 3 3/4" Dee with Hooks and Stainless Steel Mullen Triple Barrel with Copper Inlay Mouth.
The Myler Dee Ring bit with hooks secures the attachment of the reins and the headstall and allows the horse bit to work like a leverage bit. When the reins are pulled upward and backward, the bit's mouthpiece rolls downward and backward into the horse's mouth while pulling downward on the poll.
The Myler Mullen Triple Barrel gives more tongue relief than the 32 Myler Mullen Barrel, center barrels are quite flexible and allow the horse to elevate its tongue when swallowing. A good step up from the snaffle bit, this is a useful bit for horses needing some freedom of the tongue and it offers the rider a sensitive feel.
