Description:

This basic Myler English Dee bit has medium size cheek pieces.  A little smaller than the large hunter dee bits.  It is a Myler Level 1 comfort snaffle with an 02 Myler wide barrel mouth piece that measures 1 3/16" in the middle.  It is a more comfortable alternative to the three piece mouth piece. The barrel in the center acts as a bushing allowing eah side of the bit to move independently of the other so when you lift one rein, only one sie of the bit moves giving the horse a very clear signal.  It really helps to provide more shoulder control.  Say you want to lift the horse's shoulder. It works well for the young horse learning to be comfortable with the bit, or the seasoned horse with a soft mouth. The bit is made with stainless steel and features Myler's copper inlay signature mouthpiece that helps to promote salivation and relaxation for your horse.

And if you are wondering if this is a legal bit for USEF Dressage or FEI Dressage, it is legal in the Dressage show ring.
