Myler Western Dee Bit with Comfort Snaffle and Wide Barrel

Stainless Steel Western Dee without Hooks with Sweet Iron Comfort Snaffle and Wide Barrel Copper Inlay Mouth. This mouthpiece is made of polished Sweet Iron which naturally oxidizes or rusts. Harmless to horses, it has a sweet taste and promotes salivation. This Myler bit has a copper roller in the center barrel which helps to  disperse pressure across a greater area of the tongue than the comfort snaffle's regular barrel. It is useful for horses in the beginning stages of training.

 

Level: One
Design: A “D” shaped ring with a copper roller in the middle of the mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is curved making it easier on the horse's side of the mouth.
Function:
  • Direct action - applies same amount of rein pressure to the mouth. More direct signal than Loose Ring. Will not pull through the mouth or pinch.
  • Pinch and restrict.
  • Collapses on bars.
  • Independent Side Movement.
