The Tuff Rider Rider Plus Half Chap offers a great value for your money.  The top grain leather riding chap will feel great from the first time you put them on, the leather is that soft and the elasticized panel will mold to your leg. The elasticized instep finishes the Tuff Rider adult 1/2 chaps.
